Review: Got scammed - Never buy large or expensive products from desertcart, i ordered this cycles and lucky for me I ordered its installation too, the mechanic himself declared that the product is faulty and cannot be used, asked for a refund but desertcart customer care says that they are only a marketplace and they will keep their 50Rs for usage and they did try to somehow get my cancellation request invalidated but thanks to the technician, desertcart had no scape route and they agreed to refund. I will advise anyone not to buy any large items, like sofa or bed or anything that needs installation chances are you will get scammed and desertcart will just not help.
