I have been Neurapas for almost now 5 years since I’m prone to suffer from anxiety and depression with most of the times being not able to sleep too well at night in the worst scenario. I started take the Bach flower remedies in 2006, The first one was Star of Bethlehem, so I could tell my dad that I was going to be ok, and goodby in 2011, and all thought school to focus, and learn to do the work, all over again, it took me 3 years, now 10 years later I am still doing the White Chestnut, so, my brain will stop going so fast, and it changes the way I do things now, I tell my brain to stop and do the Bach Flower. I don't freak out I could NOT have done, or come this far without the Bach Flower remedies,
