This skull cap is so useful for cycling, running, and cold-weather use because it's thin enough to fit under a bike helmet or secondary hat. I often wear it under a baseball cap. The ear coverage is the best part— it blocks wind noise around ears and earbuds when I'm running ,and adds so much wind protection on a bike. I rarely use the eyeglass slots, but they work fine as well.

Working really well. Just thick enough to be warming, just thin enough to fit under a ball cap. I do have trouble getting the arms of my glasses through the holes for that without looking in a mirror. I’ve given up on that and just pull the cap on while wearing my glasses.

I shopped for a thin ear warmer or skull cap that would keep the chill off my ears while nordic skiing, winter hiking with my dogs, and early or late season road cycling. When nordic skiing or hiking I wear several thin hoodies so that I can pull the hoods down or unzip as needed to adjust to my body heat. Typical winter hats are often fine at first but become too warm as I build up body heat. This cap was such a nice surprise. It's the first "one size fits all" that actually felt comfortable to me (22 3/4" hat size). When I ordered I thought I would probably have to return it like most other stretch products but it fit really well with no stretching or tightness. Just enough material to keep my ears warm, but very thin so it works under my helmet or hoodies. The slots for glasses make it even better since I wear glasses every moment I am awake. This is a really nice comfortable cap if you're looking for a thin lightweight base layer.

The cap fits snugly and so doesn't slip and slide under my helmet. Also it covers my ears which really makes a difference in keeping comfortably warm. I didn't think the holes for sunglasses would be a big deal but they actually do help keep the glasses secure without shifting around. And for the price you can't go wrong

I've used it a couple of times and it keeps my head warm came up a bit big but I could still use it.
