Fantastic air bed!!! Love the built in headboard! Also love the sturdy ridge around the edges. My guest found it very comfortable!!! Mattress was firm but comfortable. Easy to inflate, deflate. Held the air very well; only had to add air once after 5 days.

I didn't have particularly high hopes for this. Bad memories of cheap air beds and rough nights of sleep on them were haunting me before I clicked the buy button. But I put a relatively thin, memory foam topper on it and I've now slept on it quite comfortably for several nights. I think you could probably get by with just the bed and no topper, but you will be noticeably happier if you can put a bit of real mattress material on top of it. I was pleased with the level of firmness it has, you don't get that waterbed effect where every slight motion totally upsets it. It is a real queen-size, but still probably better to sleep on it alone than a couple, unless both people are petite. It inflates and deflates relatively easily and I had no problem getting it back into the stuff sack it comes with after deflation. It doesn't deflate down to nothing, it is still sort of a full grocery bag size when deflated, but that plus the topper rolled up can fit fairly easily in my closet. So it does fulfill the mission of a bed you need a few nights a year. I have not owned it long enough to have any comments on durability but it seems reasonably solid for what it is. I expect it will not age particularly well but I am hoping to get a few years out of it, we'll see.

My friend recommended this air mattress and is incredibly comfortable and easy to set up thanks to the built-in pump. The headboard is a great feature that adds extra support, and the mattress stays firm throughout the night. My guest loved it. Excellent quality for the price

DON'T BUY! I gave this a 1 star rating because I couldn't go lower. It falsely posted with 5 stars. I haven't had this air bed a year and it's leaking badly. I only use it a few days each month in a carpeted bedroom. Otherwise it's kept neatly folded in it's bag. I recently inflated it and kept waking up about every 3 hours having to re-inflate it. I woke up with my back and neck hurting, and extremely sleep deprived. I tried for several days to keep it inflated and to find where the slow leak was coming from. Then I left town and contacted the seller. He replied that I should contact Intex because it's still under warranty. I ended up speaking with a Rep who stated to file a claim I had to find the pinhole leak and cut out a 6x6 inch section of the airbed where it was leaking, then take a picture of the Intex logo on the bed. After taking this dangerous action of stabbing and cutting up the layered and reinforced airbed, she said take a picture of the cut out and upload it and the logo picture to the claim website. She said Intex will not honor their warranty if this isn't done. She also said if approved it would take months to receive the replacement. I asked what am I supposed to sleep on after destroying the airbed and waiting for months. She couldn't care less. She also refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I searched again and discovered the leak was at the pump. I took a picture of the pump and of the now almost deflated Intex logo and uploaded it with a copy of my Amazon shipping receipt. They immediately denied my claim. I called and the Rep said I didn't send pictures of the cut up airbed. I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold a long time and when she came back she pretended that she couldn't hear me and hung up. Although she had initially asked for all of my info at the beginning of the call, including my phone number, she didn't call back. Amazon won't help because they state it's a 3rd party vendor. I haven't even been able to reach a human Amazon Customer Service Rep. I filed a complaint with my State Attorney General's office and the FTC due to shoddy defective material, lack of customer service and refusing to honor the warranty.

We bought this for a slow move to our new apartment. All of our furniture went to the new place and we stayed behind for a week for work sleeping on this mattress and it has been wonderful! Give it a refill with air each night. We’re on night 4/5 right now and I slept great last night. Love it!

Highly recommend this air mattress. It's very easy to put together/inflate due to it's built-in pump. It does take a while to fully inflate to the desired pressure that we wanted, but once it was inflated, air didn't escape quickly at all. Unlike some air mattresses that deflate slowly as you sleep, this one stays firm all night long. We had some friends stay with us for three nights and we only had to add some air to it one time. Also, people may assume that the "headboard" is unnecessary but it's actually great because your pillow won't slide off while you're sleeping! Complete game changer for an air mattress.

When trying to start the built in pump, there is blue flash and then nothing. I’m wondering if it’s related to the difference In voltage between US and UK. I tried to return the product but as it was delivered with a long delay (Amazon even thought it was lost at some point), the 30 return policy expired before I had it for 30 days. I’m now stuck with an expensive mattress that I cannot inflate.

Está súper cómodo y no tienes q estar reinflandolo después de usarlo, aguanta bastante bien. Mi único comentario es que es más grande de lo que pensaba por el headboard pero en general súper bien.

Incredible quality. Very firm, lasts all night. Had it for 2 years. I love the headboard. It automatically inflates in minutes. Didn’t lose power so far

Spent so much money on this mattress. Used 3 times and after a couple of months I tried to use again and it inflates but after 1h the mattress is on the floor deflated.
