I bought this ExpertPower 12V 12Ah battery to replace the old one in my son’s ride-on toy car, and it has been a game-changer. The single battery in my APC Back UPS 650 Model# BP650S stopped working. I priced several options of replacing the entire unit or just the battery. To my surprise I found this battery at over half the price that APC wanted for the one battery. After much research I found myself ordering this battery type. When the battery arrived it was packed well with protectors the battery terminals to prevent any possible short circuit. I tested the voltage of the battery with my volt meter and found it was charged up at the 12 volt level. The old battery had a plastic safety insulator around the positive terminal that I moved to the new battery to prevent it from touching the top of the case when the battery is inside the APC. The two wires are short and can be pain to connect at times, but once you get them in the right angle you’ll be able to connect them and slowly insert the battery inside of the APC without the wires coming off. The process didn’t take but about 5 minutes to save a decent amount of cash instead of replacing the entire unit! It is very simple for anyone to do. Just take your time and make sure you don’t short out any battery terminal while doing so. I let the unit charge the battery for several hours to ensure everything was up to 100%. I then put a 30%-40% load on the unit and pulled the power from the unit to let it calibrate to the new battery capacity. Everything worked out great with the unit and would recommend using this battery to breath new life into your APC UPS.

This battery is an exact replacement for my daughter's peg perego mini cooper and was much cheaper than the official version. In use the battery life was solid - it would run for at least a half-hour on a charge with no issue. We bought it in 2017, and having sat through a couple of winters in my garage it is now failing to keep a charge. I'll order another and plan on bringing it in from the garage over the winters moving forward.

I used this for a replacement battery for a Power Wheels Hurricane Jeep with the orange top battery. This battery is larger and I had to trim about 1/4" of plastic in the battery compartment. I used a 90 degree air die grinder with a cutoff wheel to trim the plastic. Went like butter. If you don't have air tools, use a Dremmel or go old school and use a hacksaw blade. I also used the wiring from the old orange top battery. You have to pry that cover off the to expose the leads. Pull the wires out as much as you can, then clip them. One wire will be longer than the other, trim them even. You only get one chance. It is very easy. The last step is to crimp on the new female tab terminals to the wires you just removed. Any standard female wire terminal tab will work. Any auto store will have them. Make sure to buy the yellow connectors for meant for 12-10 AWG (American Wire Gauge is the wire gauge size). Strip the wire you cut from the old battery about 1/4" back and insert it into the tab. There should be just a tiny bit of wire protruding from the end of the front of the tab with the yellow sleeve covering the insulation. Do not leave exposed wire sticking out the back. Crimp the terminal on tight using a standard automotive style crimp tool. It works perfectly. Kids got about 3-4 hours run time out of it. I charged the battery x-mas night and today is the first time that is needs recharged. Much better than the $70-80 Power Wheel battery. Don't be afraid of having to do a little modification. It literally took me ten minutes altogether. I will try to post some pics later. Good Luck. UPDATE: Feb 27, 2018 Added the pictures. Battery still runs like a champ. Hardly ever have to recharge it as it lasts/holds a charge for a long time. Kids will play with the vehicle for an hour and it does not need to be recharged the same day. As a side note, I always disconnect the battery plug when I store it. You never know if there is a slow drain in the system somewhere and it is just good practice to help maintain batteries. I do the same thing for cars if I don't drive them often.

Purchased this to replace a 12V SLA battery used in a kid's battery operated seated car which had died after ~5 years. I carefully made sure the battery dimensions lined up. The original one was only 10Ah, so assuming the specs here are accurate, this will provide more amperage. More amperage is okay for a replacement battery as the device will draw what it needs, more volts may not be! The one received was ~6 months old based on the manufacture date stamped on the top, which is not bad in terms of receiving a recently manufactured battery. Tthe car works great again.

Perfect for my double gate operator

I purchased 2 of these batteries June 23, 2023. One continues to work, bit the other one quit holding a charge by the beginning of September. I was told that since I purchased on Amazon that only Amazon can replace it. Amazon gives you 30 days, and the manufacturer continues the warranty. When you click on the warranty it's Saya you would be eligible for replacement only after 90 days. They will not replace the bad battery since it was purchased on Amazon. They are only going to give technical support. After reviewing the order details you provided, we found that the order was sold directly by Amazon Services LLC. This means that Amazon Services LLC is the seller of the order and has control over the ability to refund or replace items sold directly by them. Can you send us a picture of the voltage reading with a voltmeter? If you don’t have one, you can go to a local auto shop like AutoZone or O’Reilly and they can test it for you. You can take a picture of the results and send it to us.
