Yes, mine arrived yesterday and as John O mentioned, minor assembly is required prior to use - affixing the handle covers and legs - , but it only takes 10 minutes.

This description states that this is a Weber Gas Go-Anywhere charcoal grill, so does that mean you can hook up a gas tank to it?

I have the charcoal only model, but there is a model (Go-Anywhere Portable Propane Gas Grill Model # 1141001) that uses a small propane tank.

Can I buy just the grill grate for this grill?

I'm not sure. I haven't seen it sold in seen in stores, but it's a pretty heavy duty grate. I feel confident that the grate will hold up for a every long time. Good luck finding a replacement grate.

How much weight will it hold? Could I use a 7-10 Lb cast iron dutch oven on it?

Yes it holds it fine. Just make th legs are clipped together. I use my cast iron pan for blackened catfish. Really gets the pan hot since it is so close to Coals. Great for searing steaks for the same reason. Like it dates and yakitori so I don’t have to use my big grills.
