So glad I discovered this.
If you're a women in menopause or pre-menopause buy this! It's the only way I can sleep these days. Along with exercise, my magnesium and DHEA about 1 hour before bed, everything works again in my world with a solid 7 hrs of sleep. I also asked my doctor about it, she said it was a great supplement for me to add to my vitamins. Ask your doctor if it's right for you.

I was very pleased to see that the capsules contain only DHEA and rice flour - nothing else. I’ve not experienced any unpleasant side effects, and the capsules are very easy to swallow.
