Easy to swallow, taste is ok
The title of this review pretty much sums things up -- easy to swallow and the taste isn't too bad as you take these capsules. With most health and herbal supplements, I tend to give a review about the packaging, the taste, smell and ease of ingesting. I can't speak or review on product usefullness since I think some people may "think" a product is working as in the placebo effect. I'd rather not speculate on effectiveness. But I can say that these are easy to swallow (at least for me, I take 6 pills in the morning all at once with little water) and there is a slight tea or "woody" taste to me, but nothing bad tasting.

Not sure if it does anything?
I have been taking these for the past week or so ever since I got sick but hadn't notice any difference in anything. Maybe I didn't take enough amount for it to do anything? I don't know. Not sure how you're supposed to tell. Might have been the flu that was dragging me down so anything I take wasn't strong enough to combat it for it to make a difference. The nice thing about this is in tablet form (gigantic one at that) and is vegan and gluten friendly. You get the added benefit of drinking Green tea without drinking. But even for myself it was a bit hard to swallow this giant monster of a pill. So for someone who isn't/not comfortable with big pills, I doubt they will be able to swallow this without a problem.

A subtle increase in energy
I take this for energy and I have noticed just a subtle clean energy no jitters at all, it's hardly noticeable, but I do feel like it's working somewhat. I am not sure about pain relief. I think bromelain would be best for that. Anyway, it's a good quality and easy to take. Possibly helping with appetite suppression, too

Get everything you need from green tea in one daily tablet, sure beats drinking 3 cups of tea daily !
