Converts security camera signal to VGA - needed to purchase additional BNC Cable
Used with a security camera to convert signal to old VGA monitor from a PC that I no longer use. It came with a VGA cable and an S cable - it would have been nice if it had come with a BNC cable which you will need to purchase separately if needed. You can see the adapter sitting below the VGA monitor in the attached picture.

Power supply problems
Video converter works well in my application. However, power supply failed after a few weeks of use. Item returned for replacement. Second power supply has something rattling around inside; hence, cannot conclude that it is safe to use. Substituted 5 volt power supply from another manufacturer without difficulty.

Just what I needed and more.
Recently my workplace's ancient security system broke so I took it upon myself to buy one since the higher-ups couldn't spare 20 dollars out of their budget to buy one of these. The old one was black and white and was poor in quality but worked well before someone accidentally smashed it. Bought this one, came quick as always, and worked without any issues. I usually give 4 stars if the product works and nothing more but I gave it five since it gave me color instead of black and white. Maybe I missed something or the old one was already on its way out so it displayed everything in B&W but it surprised me in a pleasant way so it gets the extra star. Would recommend it.

Poor quality
It worked fine for about twenty minutes. I had lunch and when I came back it wouldn't work anymore. Not worth the money.

Not sure if it is me or the unit
Got two, one worked, one did not .... Sent the bad one back and got a replacement. It worked for a few days, then stopped working. Trying one more time to send back and get another.
