I wouldn't say it is "Healthy" as it contains so much sugar.So if you are diabetic or fitness enthusiast, just don't go for this. It isn't a "Green Tea".The flavour kicks in and tastes and smells amazing, thanks to saffron.Overall, its good, refreshing and feels good after a few sips.

Now it has become more or less sugar powder, so buy ingredients and grind at home. This product has decorated in quality over the years

My friend offered a cup of Kanwal Shahi Kashmiri Kahwa few days back. This was my first experience of tasting the kehwa. I liked it very much. The taste is very light and good. We can add other items in the kehwa like cardamom, fennel seeds, clove, black pepper and lime juice to make it more tasty.It generates some heat in the body after drinking it. I think it can be very useful in the winter season.I was looking for some herbal tea so that I could replace it with the normal black tea. Then I found this Kehwa. It has perfect taste and thinking to drink it regularly.

Tastes good. Very easy to make, just add hot water and nothing else. The negatives - it contains sugar powder and extracts of everything else. There is no way you can know if the ingredients are natural or artificial flavour. If you want healthy, stick to other brands that sells the real mix of tea and spices. For an easy, tasty option for occassional use, this is great.

Loved the product the taste but the only draw back is that it has alot of sugar ...so can't have it everyday unless you have no issues with sugar
