Q: does this work for xbox one?

The Nari Essential DOES NOT work with Xbox One. Only the Nari and Nari Ultimate do because they have a 3.5mm cable, the Nari Essential doesn't have a 3.5mm cable or plug on it.

Q: Anyone else notices how the mic is not sensitive....like to the point where I have to move it on my lip and still talk like I'm outside?

Yes it is the worst mic I've ever heard on a gaming headset. And I've pretty much tried them all. Or at lease the top tier. Unless razer does something it is unusable

Q: How to get battery charged?

The headset comes with a USB charging cable. You can plug this directly into a USB 2.0 port on your pc, or a USB AC adapter (like what you use to charge your cell phone). The headset takes 3-4 hours to fully charge and lasts about 16+ hours before requiring charging. The headset does work while plugged in.

Q: The razer nari essential has bluetooth?

No. It requires the adapter that plugs in via USB.
