Hudson Essentials68-Piece Hammered 18/10 Stainless Steel Silverware Cutlery Set with Serving Set, Flatware Service for 12 (68-Piece Set)

We had looked for a good flatware set for quite a while before deciding on Hudson Essentials' hammered finish 68-piece set. It came immediately, and we are thrilled with the product. The steel is high quality 18/10 stainless, the finish is lustrous and beautiful, and the weight is perfect with a nice heft and a comfortable and solid feel. And the 8 serving pieces are a wonderful bonus, especially the cake knife and the lasagne server. I'm not sure how they do it for the price, as we looked at competitors' sets for two and sometimes three times the price that did not have the feel or look of these. They wash up nicely, and so far haven't developed a stain or mark of any kind. We will likely be purchasing a few more sets to be used as wedding gifts. This is a great value, and I highly recommend it.

Looked at several other sets and decided to go with this one. One reason is the extra few pieces that come with the set over other 12 piece settings. Second was the ability to order long handle tea spoons and extra serving utensils. Very happy with the purchase. Feels well made and all pieces look alike. I looked at other sets in person and the hammered pattern varied quite a bit from piece to piece.Would mot hesitate to buy again.

The media could not be loaded. I have been researching and debating for a couple of months on which hammered flatware set to buy. I finally decided on the Hudson Essentials 68 piece service for 12 with the hostess service set included. Wow! Great purchase! So glad I did. The flatware have a nice heavy (but not too heavy) weight to them and are thick. They feel high quality and Have a semi-contoured feel in the hand. I also didn’t want the hammered pattern to be overly accentuated and look cheap. The pattern is perfect, hammered but smooth and shiny. Such a great value for what you get. I looked and looked for a new set of flatware and read dozens of reviews. These were the most attractive ones with the best reviews for the lowest price. I took the chance and I’m so glad I did! These are so pretty to look at with the hammered design. Modern, which matches my style. They are brilliantly shiny and come out of the dishwasher perfect after the first wash, but I can’t yet attest beyond that. Not a spot of rust but I will update my review if that changes. These have a perfect heft without being too heavy and the handles are long enough for my husband’s larger hands. Some of the sets that looked basically identical were almost twice the price. I got the 68 piece set with the hostess pieces, which are also lovely and will come in very handy especially on holidays and special occasions. I would highly recommend this set for anyone who is looking to upgrade their flatware. I couldn’t be happier with them!

These utensils have a great feel-not too heavy or light. The spoons are not sharp and the forks not too pointed. They are shiny and beautiful. Washed a few times in the dishwasher and so far, so good. The "small" forks are a little large for my utensil organizer so I just had to buy a new one of those. Very pleased so far!

In Feb. 2023 I took it upon myself to replace our generic plain ss flatware. I had never heard of this company, but I read a lot of reviews. I took the plunge and ordered the 12 sevice set of chrome-like dimpled finish with the added serving utensils. They arrived packaged beautifully( I still have the box over a year layer.) These were stunning right out of the box. But would they hold up, especially the knives, would they rust? I gladly report after a year and 1/2 there os no rust on these knives. Despite leaving them submerged for extended amounts of time. The weight is great. They are a little heavier, but it makes me feel as if I am holding quality right in my hand. My only problem is that My wife and kids tend to accidentally throw them away, and now I need more. Well, even if I did not logically want to match what I had, even if they were all gone, I would without reservation buy thid exact flatware. A+++.

I kept the set. They are very sparkly! I hate the length of the teaspoons because they are so short. They don't feel good in my hand & I am not a HUGE lady. Seems crazy that the dessert/salad forks are a nice length. Normally I have no use for salad forks because they seem too short. But these I would not at all mind using for a regular fork. The weight and balance of each piece is very nice. Love all the serving pieces. Hate that it says to hand wash! I'm not hand washing. Although I assume I can expect them to not sparkle forever if I'm not willing to hand wash.
