I've used this pillow every day and I love it. I am so glad I bought it!Pros: The buttons are easy to press and navigate. The massage pillow is surprisingly quiet, it just makes a quiet mechanical whir sound. The two levels of intensity adjusts the speed of the rollers which is awesome. The soothing heat option is amazing as it really helps relax the muscles and improve circulation. The heat is not too hot, it's just right. The intensity control flap does really help if you want a less intense massage. The shiatsu rollers can go deep into the muscles if you're looking for a deep massage. You can comfortably lay your head on the pillow for the neck massage and it doesn't feel awkward. The cable is decently long. There's no weird smell from packaging/item. The quality and build of the pillow is outstanding! Offered free extended warranty which is always nice. The size is very convenient and portable. Automatic shut off after 15 minutes (which I thought wouldn't be enough time however I've found it's more than enough). Some (non deal breaking) Cons: The intensity flap does start to crinkle in the middle a bit when the shiatsu rollers roll inwards. I wish there was a vibration button option I could turn on and off with the massage. The pillow is a little harder then I was expecting but that hasn't bothered me at all. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase!

This is very simply and unpretentious massager. It doesn't have confusing number of modes or massages. Two intensity levels and two directions plus heating. Simple and effective. Easy to understand and use it. I also like that it can be used for legs arms and other body parts besides the neck. I find it's simplicity and monotone motor noise soothing and relaxing like white noise. In combination with heating it really helps me relax and fall asleep faster and easier.

My wife & I both used it and also gave it to our son to try. We all agreed if worked well for the lower back, but hard to get positioned and stay in place for the upper back and shoulder area. Worked fairly well for the neck area also. It has a cover attached that you can use if you don't want it to be as intense, which is nice. Heat is also nice, which helps to relax the muscles as it massages.

I spend quite some time sitting on my computer chair, which usually leads to lower back pain. My first solution was a standing desk, but I think I lose concentration in the standing position, compared to sitting. So I went with this massager. The best is to leave your chair every 20~30 min, but in case you are already in pain, this massager can help reduce the pain.

This is a very intense device. It’s too uncomfortable to use while lying down. I get some relief from it when I use it it my recliner.I only use when I’m extremely desperate to get some sort of relief in my lower back.

I tried a few different neck massagers before deciding on this one. I have a different one for my back so I only use this on my neck and it does a great job. I'm able to adjust my head or adjust the massager to hit all areas of my neck.

I wasn't sure I would love the size of this massager. I've had two of those full-size chair massagers. Both gave out after only three months of daily use; I absolutely loved them and hated it when they stopped working. They cost $50-$60 and up so I did not want to take that money from my budget to replace them four times a year.But I still had sore back and neck muscles due to the work I do as a hairdresser and due to the face that I am fifty years old and overweight, as well.I decided to buy this massager (the Comfier Back Massager with Heat,Neck Massager,Shiatsu Massage Pillow) as it was a bit more affordable. Up front I was not happy that it wasn't a full back massager, though. I was proven wrong! I can move it to the exact location that is sore. Lower back, mid back, upper back and neck area. It's super portable & easier to store away than the bigger full seat massager. I love that it has a heat setting and an intensity setting, too.FYI: The directions do say to unplug this after each use. The directions in my old full back massagers package did not say that; I used them for 1 to 2 cycles (15 for 1 cycle or 30 minutes for 2, allowing for motor to cool down in between as per directions) per day and then they just didn't turn on one day. They both did the exact same thing. Worked one day and the next day were dead when I went to turn them on. I kept them plugged in all of the time. This set of directions says not to do that. I have to wonder if they have a tendency to short out? So, I've been unplugging it and hopefully that extends the life of it as I do dearly love this little gadget. So far, so good!

Worked good for 4 months then heaters stop working, Don't waste your money, company gives no return after 2 months, guess they know it will break down after 2 months.
