Review: What I wish I had know before purchasing this CD (and an other one) - Although this is the second purchase of a similar exercise music, I still have the same comment as the first purchase I made and wished I had waited until the first exercise CD had arrived and I listened to it. If I had, I wouldn't have purchased this one. Here is what I thought of the first and second purchase: I was a little disappointed that these songs all had the same beat. I had hoped it would start out with a slow beat and then the music would pick up and then slow down at the end of the CD. Nope, just one beat in each of the songs. Now that I know that, I'll just start off without music and then turn on the music when I get up to speed and slow down when the CD is at an end. I just wish I knew this before I purchased the CD. By way, the beat is moderate, nothing too fast.

I brought this CD for my spin instructor and for my own personal workout. I think this CD is great. The music really get you moving. The other people in spin class appears to enjoy the music too.
