As a user of a GLP-1 weight loss drug, I definitely need to up my fiber intake. Since I’m eating way less food than I used to, getting enough fiber to stay regular can be a big challenge. I’ve started adding Benefiber to my daily drinks and am very pleased with the product. It’s absolutely tasteless and undetectable. The powder dissolves instantly and completely. So far I’ve had no problems with gas, bloating, or an unexpected laxative effect. I’m counting on this helping to maintain a healthy balance of fiber in my diet. The only improvement I can think of is if the container was shorter, it would be easier to reach with a spoon.

Good product. Seems to have benefits after a couple weeks of using. I started using based on a friend who is a nurse. Over time it seems to clean out your gut and improved my bathroom consistency. I now make some really 'long ones' where-as before it was not like this for years. I have heard that fiber can help remove micro-plastics from our bodies and other good effects - I cant measure any off this but like the idea. This product is far more affordable in the large jar vs the little packets. It dissolves well in coffee and cold water too.

I have been using this fiber supplement for a long time, it has NO flavor and you can mix it with any liquid, coffee, water, tea etc. It has no taste or cloudy appearance. I have tried the other popular supplement that has an orange flavor which I think is horrible but to each his own and it never mixed well and caused for me constipation issues. If you have issues with Diverticulosis or similar issues this really helps keep things moving without cramping or other issues.

I have IBS-C. My doctor recommended this because it is flavor free and I need the fiber. I believe i use more than most people but it keeps my body working. I hate the orange flavoring in the other similar product. I use this in my coffee so really don't even know I'm taking it.

Seems to work as expected and looks consistent in quality. The only problem I have with it, is the opening being too small for my hand when it is running low. I bought a another brand last time with the same quality and I could reach inside. I comfortably fit men's large size gloves, so my hands aren't huge. Maybe a long handle scoop would help...
