Good value bulbs
Although G4 two pin halogen bulbs (12v 20W) have good life expectancy, these bulbs at 20 pcs for £7.99 were good value so I bought 2 packets as it’s easy to keep these small bulbs as they don’t take up much room in the drawer. I have them in the conservatory in a “NEXT” shop bought six lights in open pattern metal shades hanging down from the roof and two bulbs had gone out . These replacements give indistinguishable illumination from the originals purchased a few years ago .

Arrived very quickly, as described, have only just put them in the light so do not know how long they will actually last and I didn’t really read description on how energy efficient they might be as I was desperate to get any bulb as quickly as possible, for such a small bulb they are fairly bright and for a pack of 20 very cheap.Normally we have LED bulbs around the house but as I wasn’t sure which ones I should be buying I went for cheap and cheerful so if I’d got it wrong i hadn’t wasted a lot of money as I can never be bothered to send anything back, but to my surprise they fit and they do the job.
