Awesome locks, great quality and best customer support, I am writing this review after using the locks for 2 years, and even used their warranty service once, they are quick to resolve and deliver the non working part under warranty without any hassle

Very nice & heavy item. Wanted it in a small town where no good hardware shops available. One distorted screw & a missing one made life hell for me as they weren’t available anywhere. A few extra nut-screw & small accessories with some extra charge would make life easy for consumers who otherwise have to face troubles in procuring those missing/damaged small accessories.

I purchased 5 sets of this door lock ~2 years ago, so sharing a genuine long-term review. What happened: 1. After ~1.5 years, one handle broke → replaced under warranty (good support initially) 2. Within a few months, another door's handle developed cracks and broke 3. This time, seller denied warranty saying handle is not covered (only lock mechanism is), also mentioned warranty policy has changed now, however it should not be applicable to my case as warranty which was there at the time of puchase should be applicable on my product. Root Problem (Important): The handle looks strong, but the internal mounting bracket (which connects to the door plate) is very weak. Over time it develops cracks → once it breaks, the entire handle becomes unusable. Major Concern (Cost & Replacement): 1. No option to buy a single handle 2. Must buy pair of handles (~₹1700) even if only one is damaged 3. Full lock set costs ~₹2500, which means you need to pay ~70% of original door handle lock price only for one door handle. This is Loot 4. The part that actually fails is NOT covered under warranty Why this matters: Door handles are not something you expect to replace every 1–2 years. This feels like a design/material issue, not wear & tear. Final Verdict: ✔️ Looks good initially ❌ Not durable for long-term use ❌ Expensive to maintain due to replacement policy 👉 If you need it for short-term (1–2 years), it’s fine 👉 For long-term durability, Strongly NOT recommended. Look for a better brand.
