It has been some time since I have ordered EuroStar Gluten free Chapati flour. The last time we ordered Motherland Gluten free Chapati flour from Amazon. I would recommend it. As far as your query is concerned, there is no soya in "Motherland Gluten free Chapati Flour". The contents are "Sorghum, Black Split Grams, Green Split Grams Bengal Split Grams, Pink Lentils, Brown Rice, Stabiliser (E4150)". I hope this information has been helpful.
