RK2035 Maintenance Roller Kit for HP LaserJet P2035 P2055

Love the fact it was exactly what the printer needed to fix the paper feed issue. Thank you for a quality product

everything was of good quality and parts fit exactly like oem.

Ordered the roller kit and the new tray #2 pickup roller is defective and misses picking up the paper about 50% of the time. All parts were installed and different paper was tried. Cleaned other rollers and that made no difference. Installed the original roller and that works better than the new one in the kit. Tried working directly with the vendor but never received a replacement. Stuff happens with parts manufacturing but poor customer service doesn't help build a business. I'll not make another purchase from this vendor. Update 5/30/21 Was contacted by a different customer service rep and they are sending a replacement kit that will hopefully solve the problem.

Had a P2035 that was not feeding paper. Bought this kit (which has everything you need including a pair of gloves) and installed the kit without any issues at all. Did have to google a bit to figure out how to replace one of the parts but took about 15 mins total.

Ordered two kits, one was missing the pickup roller. Also, no instructions but that's not a big deal.

good quality components, did the job; but without instructions

The tray 2 rollers is just slight smaller than the original but otherwise everything fits well. I removed 1 star for the fit on the tray 2 roller and for the tray 1 roller which picks up better than the old one but not as good as when the printer was new.
