**Q: 62 x 15.49 x 27.51 cm; 2.49 Kilograms Is that the box size?**
A: I would assume so as the bike dimensions are in the photos.

**Q: Do you need tools to lower the seat?**
A: It needs an Alan key to move the seat and handlebars, but ours I believe came with one. It’s a standard size key.

**Q: Would this bike be a suitable height for a just turned two year old please? I’m struggling to find one that isn’t too big.**

Thank you for your question. Yes of course it is suitable. The recommended height is 33-42 inch.  the seat is adjustable from 11-14,6 inch / 28-37 cm and the handlebar can grow from 18,9-20,1 inch / 48-51 cm.
So your little one should perfectly fit on that bike.

**Q: Anybody could tell me what are dimensions of the box that the balance bike comes in? I am wondering if I could fit it in my suitcase.**
A: If it’s a large suitcase, it would be fine or you could wrap it up and put it in the hold
