Highly recommend this product for joint pain. I have been dealing with knee pain for about a year. Tried several different supplements for joint health, magnesium cream, and even tried compression knee braces but got no results. Bought this Solgar supplement because it had glucosamine, MSM, and hyaluronic acid. After 2 weeks I could definitely feel a difference. My knees are still a little stiff but the pain has subsided consirably. I went ahead and bought a second bottle to see how much more improvement will be noticeable after finishing the first bottle. The pills are large and the dose is 3 tablets daily. For people that have problems with taking large "horse pills", take 1 at a time with lots of water. Good luck

I’ve been using this supplement consistently and have noticed a real difference in my joint comfort and flexibility. Solgar has been in business since 1947 so you can trust them to get you a higher quality supplement of any kind. I was feeling a lot of pain in my hands recently but since I started taking these recently, I have been noticing significant improvement. The price is very affordable. Completely reasonable.

I’ve been taking these for a couple years and it does work. Not a miracle but I see some improvement in my knee sensitivity. The cracking noises even I squat are much less than before. I also like that it has HA and msm. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the size. Some must have super tiny throats because I have no problem with them. In order to get the right amount per serving they probably have to be this size. I’m not sure why people are deducting stars for that. If you want smaller ones with a lower amount per serving then there are other options. I sometimes take all 3 capsules at once- yes it’s a bigger than average pill but you can also cut it in half if it’s too large. Do you want less of the product in the pill?

I started using Solgar Glucosamine when an Orthopedic Doctor told me (5 years ago) that he could operate on my knee, or I could start taking Glucosamine and ride a recumbent bike. I researched and tried different products and found out that Sogar Glucosamine worked the best. I still have knee pain occasionally, not as bad as what I originally had.

My husband and I both take Solgar Glucosamine Hyaluronic Acid Chondroitin MSM. We take two instead of the recommended three. I think it helps keep the joint pain away very well. They are large tablets but you get used to that.

I have had constant knee pain for years. I am an avid cyclist and usually cycle for about 100kms a week. These tablets significantly reduced my joint pain. Just bear in mind that they are strong tables and you need to take it after meals. Taking it on an empty stomach will make you uncomfortable. Although the recommended dosage is 3 times daily, I was only taking 1 a day after lunch.
