In my opinion they are a waste of money. **Q: Can anyone say what the natural ingredients are - it says safe but what is - does it only contain seaweed ?** A: Can't remember but it was messy and didn't work well. Try Oliviafix. I use it and it's 100% natural and great hold. Wouldn't use anything else now.
