It starts warming area you massaged it on very quickly .
It’s very strong smelling. Definitely feel heat in it. Do not put it on any skin that’s broken/very red because it will feel like it’s burning. wash hands really well after use as smell will linger for ages. The heat definitely helped with my sciatica pain

Deep heat
This is definitely not the same ingredients that used to be in deep heat. I used this most of my life for muscle sprains. It used to really heat the area up it was rubbed into. Now it's more mild. This the max strength product as well. However I will continue to use it, it's better than others.

Great item but disappointed with the three items I bought under Amazon prime promising next day delivery . Not sellers fault but some one needs to complain about it.
