Sunbeam Heating Pad for Fast Pain Relief, XX-Large Ultra-King XpressHeat, 6 Heat Settings with Auto-Shutoff, Beige/Taupe, 14 x 27 Inch

I have chronic illnesses that can cause a significant amount of pain and inflammation. This fall I was proactive about stocking up on gear before I needed it—in this heating pad’s case, about three weeks before it came in handy.I’ve never had a problem with Sunbeam heating pads, and I own four of them, one of which is 15 years old and looks like new. This one (burgundy XXL) is the largest of my cohort and it comes in handy for, say, SI joint dysfunction on the back and GI pain on front, or when you get up and the cat steals his half of it when the instructions say not for animal use. The heat settings are great—even 1, the lowest, is nice, and the intervals between them are even. I also have the Renue XL shoulder wrap and one like this but XL—they start out warm but sort-of cool half a level after about 10 minutes. This one, the XXL (and my original small one) stay at the same temp until they go/are turned off. I like that this one has a stay on/2h timer option as well. I use a spray bottle for moist heat, which is really quite nice—it does make a difference!When I first ordered this I slightly regretted not getting one that is the soft plush and heating element in one. This one is the pad with a plush washable cover. However, I can imagine this way has more longevity than washing the whole thing. On both the XXL and XL rectangular pads I have, the covers stay pretty much in place; the actual heated part of the pad has come along way from the small vinyl-covered one that bunches and slides everywhere in its blue one-snap cover.

Like the wide size. Heats quickly and cuts off automatically I use it frequently but my cat thinks it belongs to her! A++ seller.

It stopped working!!! Good comfortable heating pad for those wanting relief for about 4 or 5 months before it dies.... its garbage

We really like it only fault is the temperatures are to close together. Can not usee past number 2 as it is to hot. Perfect size.

The heating pad was awesome when it was working, however that quickly came to an end about two months after purchase. Any time I would go to turn the heating pad on, the screen would display an "F" and would fail to work. I contacted the seller to discuss potential return options, and they directed me to Sunbeam instead of trying to assist with resolving the issue. I've since read some of the product reviews here (something I should've done beforehand), and have found that this is apparently a known issue with this particular heating pad. Definite waste of money.

Had another for years and it broke, I got this, and it works like the old one. I am using it every night on my hip. loves it! The heating control is great. I get the heat that is perfect for me. The greatest thing is that I can set the heat for more than 2 hours, as most others have I have it on whole night. Great job, Sunbeam!

I’ve had it 3 years and used it during 2 winters, it won’t turn on anymore. It was warm and turned off with a timer. Good use while it lasted.

This heating pad is a very nice big size and has a very soft cover. It has an easy to use controland the 2 hour auto off is a good safety feature.
