I am using Wax for a very long time and I usually prefer small waxing heaters but they don't last long. This one takes a bit longer to heat the wax and is not getting very hot. The wax that they send are only samples and they are not enough to wax bigger portion of your body. As a result, you should not be disappointed for receiving small wax package with different types of wax. However, don't forget is for professional use only. You should know test the heat of the wax first when you use it.
