How to turn off the voice or turn down the volume?

yuwell blood pressure monitor YE660E can turn off the voice and turn down the volume. It has 5 sound levels, 5 means the maximum volume, 1 means the minimum volume. 1. Press “Memory” button and “Start” button at the same time for 3 seconds to enter setup mode 2. Press “Memory” button to change the value 3. Press “Start” button to confirm the setting Please kindly note you have to set the time first, after you finish time setting, then you can turn off the voice or turn down the volume

Can stored records be downloaded to send to doctor?

The machine has the ability to store your data. It will hold up to 99 readings. I can find nothing in the booklet so I'm going to have to say there is no downloading process. When it's memory is full it will start to override other readings. You can delete your memory and start over. I keep a logbook myself.

I bought this machine with an xl cuff. but i need a regular cuff. i've looked for a cuff on amazon and cannot find. need same brand. help?

It doesn't appear that yuwell sells replacement arm cuffs or arm cuffs separate from the blood pressure monitors. However, I suggest you click on your Orders link and find this product. On the right-hand side, you should see some options, like, "ask product question;" "get help;" or "return or replace item." Click on one of these options and ask your question about a replacement arm cuff or arm cuffs sold separately from the monitors. Hopefully, you will get a response from yuwell. Good luck!
