What's the lowest size you can adjust the strap to?

I am trying to measure the gap, without success. Mk1 eyeball gives me an order of two (2") plus/minus as it is easy to adjust. It could be heavy for someone with a tiny wrist.

It did not. But local watch repairer sorted it out for me so think linkage is standard.
