Umm...tasty. I tasted it. It taste like Kool-aid when you dip your finger in it. Then I put it in water. Yesssss. It taste like fruit punch and it taste good. I recommended it to some of my friends along with with nectar roadside lemonade for protein. Both items is something fast that you can just put in water and shake and go. No fixing a bunch of smooth shakes and dropping this in it. It is great in water. If you don't like sugary tasting drinks then you would give it a 3 or 4 star. but dilute it for less taste. The little cup inside is buried like they want you to get a spoon and use that. Also the little cup is smaller than the average cup. I don't see any difference. My bones still crack but maybe I need to keep it up. I still drink it because it is tasty.

I honestly only used it twice. The taste was fine. I just decided to stop using it after I read up more on the side effects of Creatine.

ok the first honest review here. no strength actually a bit weaker from it. But the worst part was the stomach discomfort and not much of an increase in size either. Had better results with creactor which gave me nasty joint pain and mind you is basically the same just with acid free creatine instead of mono

This Creatine is okay, but nothing beats the original EAS Creatine, I mean, back when Creatine first came out. I have yet to find a Creatine that has given me a real pump and fill my muscles.

- delicious Great taste you easily forget you are taking a supplement because it taste better than cristal light or zero calories drinks -perfect micro size scoop , easily to ad into a water bottle or some bottles with narrow opening.- im doing the maintenance dose with this and i notice it helps but you will notice some water retention , nothing crazy just normal compared to other similar products.-mix almost instantanely and mux very well with pre or post workout drinksi was a firm beliver on pure unflavored creatine powder , mixing it in juice or drink but this is so much convenient and the flavor is a keeper.Creacore will be ammong my top of the list go to products .

As avid fans of the MuscleTech products, we switched to Creacore after realizing that a double dose of the CellTech we were taking contained 76g sugar and was having an adverse effect on water retention. Now on Creacore for just 4 days I've shedded tons of water (ok, not tons but it definitely feels like tons!) and I no longer feel bloated after my postworkout when I get into the office.Love it and will definitely get more when this tub gets low.

First off this creatine has a great flavor to it almost to goof to think it's not juice. I can't believe how concentrated this is compared to others I have tried. As far as results I only been using for a couple of weeks so it's to soon to really tell but seems to help muscles not b so fatigued
