Can someone tell me the dimensions of tip? How long is the tip? What is the end tip diameter and the base diameter?

The tip is 1 3/4 inches. The upper opening is 3/8 inch diameter. It seals well if fluid is in the syringe.

Where are these made?

Unknown, they do not work. Very hard to push down on syringes from the first attempt to use. I tried several assuming a couple may have been defective, all are defective, will not purchase this brand a second time.

Which syringe has 1 inch inner diameter?

I don’t know. Theses syringes are used to irrragated folly catheters so fit into the end of a fillet.
