Like the harness itself. Velcro wear out quickly and ineffective which impacts how it wears on the dog. All other aspects of the harness are fairly good. Design flaw is the velcro.

Have a rescue pup that is very slim but has a deep chest so other harness fit him oddly, this is very forgiving in the material and hugs him, surprised that a M fits him ( I was really tempted to get a small based on different harness purchases in the past) but it fits him like a glove. And he was so excited to get his first present! It also seems very comfortable, wanted to get him one that he could sleep in and did not rub him raw, he is still very stiff when we handle him. He is a medium to long haired dog with very fine hair, so just about anything is going to mat him some, but this seems to be pretty forgiving in that dept as well. I like this as much as the 2hounds, and esp if you have a dog that pulls or escapes I think this is sturdy and doesn't induce the hacking cough that some other harnesses do.

I love this little harness except for one thing. It fits my little 12 pound Shih Tzu perfectly. There has been no chafing or irritation anywhere on the dog. The bright orange color and reflective piping help me and others in cars and on foot see him easily. The only problem with the harness is the snap buckle that fastens the two parts over his back together. The buckle takes two men and a boy to unfasten. I literally had to ask my husband to unsnap it the first 7 or 8 times that I used the harness, and I am not weak. As time as gone by, the buckle has become easier to unfasten. If it were not for that feature, I would have given full stars PLUS.

Perfect fit for my precious little fluff ball. I feel secure knowing she's strapped in with this comfortable looking harness. the front of it doesn't cut her in the neck like the last one did. It has a three point system to keep the vest securely closed. First there is velcro, then a clasp to keep it together, and finally two rings , one on either side of the clasp where the strap hook goes through both rings. the only downside is it's not very adjustable for varying sized pooches. You must be lucky enough for it to fit. My little fluff ball has recently turned into a pudge ball, having gained a half pound. I may order the next size up and hope it's the right size.

I ordered an XL at 22" and got a 17" vest. It was tagged as an XL but after measuring it only measured 17". It seems they dont account for the 4" overlap of the velcro. They are nice though, I got one for my choking chihuahua because the front of the vest is a V neck and you can trim out the stretchy part if you need to. It works well for him and the size for that one was spot on.

We used this for our English lab puppy on a trip involving crowds and a lot of walking. The reflectors were nice to have. Ben seemed to not mind it at all - he never acted like he was bothered by it and it left no marks anywhere where hair had worn down on his skin. My only complaint is the plastic clasp is extremely difficult to maneuver and unhook, especially with a puppy. I think were it a bit bigger, that wouldn't be an issue. It is pretty small to tackle even when the dog is not excited. I felt safer having 2 D hooks for the leash to attach to - extra security. I would purchase this again.

The harness is well made and soft. I purchased the bright orange harness and the grey trim reflects in car lights at night. The only reason I didn't give it a ***** rating was that it is very snug on my small 11 lb. Maltipoo. Measure your dog's rib cage carefully to insure it will fit. My little dog can back out of this harness when it is connected to a leash the same as he can other similar harnesses--he's a smart little dog--although he doesn't back out of this "no pull" harness when I am walking him. I also ordered a reflective leash from amazon to attach to the harness for night time. This is his night time harness for walks.

I love this, it fits my dog perfectly. However, it is very hard to open the clasp. I have a regular collar from the same company and the clasp is easy to open. I don’t know if this one is defective or not. I don’t want to return it because it fits so well and is easy to put on.

I found the sizing was absolutely perfect, based on the measurements provided. My white dog weighs about 16lbs and she measures 19.5” at the widest part of her chest - she’s wearing size Large. My brown dog weighs 12lbs and measures 16” in the chest - she’s wearing size Medium….and her name is KRUZ!

The first one didn’t fit but quickly ordered a larger size as it is comfy and looks smart on my dog. Happy with the product except that the size and dimensions advertised are not very accurate.

This is an excellent harness but I am not sure that it would fit a large dog. It is, however a perfect fit for my son’s Boston Terrier so I have ordered another one exactly the same.
