Got back into using cast iron for cooking and the plastic spatulas had to go. The curves on the corners of the spatula match up nicely to my cast iron pan. I think I’ll have to be a little careful as far as laying the plastic handle against a hot pan but it has a nice feel to it. Good grip.

So far so good.

We were sooooooo freaking happy to find a "fish turner" that we can use for eggs in the cast iron! And it's made in USA, so i'm not worried about the horrific slave labor being used over in the World's Workshop. The handle is perfectly fit for my big ol' mitts, but perfect for my wife as well. The slotted spatula end is firm but with plenty of bounce. This is of fantastic quality, and we're already buying a host of other Dexter products.

This is my goto spachul. Thinner then all my other ones, flexible and strong. We use it to flip eggs, pancakes,burgers and steak.

I read reviews from America's Test Kitchen all the time and they had rated the best Turner to be Wustoff. I have a set of Wustoff Knives so I said heck ya and money is never a object, but for almost $40 I thought maybe I should look around. I am so glad I did. This Dexter Russell Turner is perfect. I have bought two now and HIGHLY Recommend for half the price of the same Wustoff has. Americas Test Kitchen did not Review this Turner. It is great for Burgers, Fish Omeletts and so much more! You have to buy this type of spatula if you want to make things easier in the kitchen!
