I need to return my recent purchase of Voltaren as I can't use it on my sholder, please tell me how

I recently dislocated my shoulder and am awaiting surgery for a torn muscle. The voltaren gel is the only treatment that has given me some relief. The orthopedic surgeon who is doing the surgery recommended this product as an alternative to oral NSAIDS. While the insert states it is not for shoulder pain, that is only because the FDA approval for OTC use did not include studies involving shoulder pain. It does indeed work for shoulder injury and avoids the GI side effects of the oral version.

Is volraren good for muscle cramps?

Theraworx is a better topical for cramps relief, but taking a Magnesium supplement helps to prevent muscle cramps. Use Voltaren as topical anti-inflammatory & pain relief for arthritis.

Is this the exact Voltaren that was prescription? Because some of the reviews say it's a fake, it doesn't come marked like the store bought one.

In the age range description some tupes say kid and others say adult what is the difference is the adult one stronger medication

Per the package insert, Voltaren topical gel ointment is not FDA approved for people under age 18. If your pediatrician has prescribed the pill, Diclofenac, for your child, and it is done, then be aware that different brands come in different strengths. Voltaren has a high rate of heart attack as a complication.
