Thyme is probably my favourite herb. Slice new potatoes pound coin thick, add salt some thyme and pepper and lots of garlic, bulbs or mashed and chilli as you like mix it up with olive oil and bake in oven at 200 for 40 mins have a look, turn and probably bake for ten more. The best potatoes you’ve ever eaten.

Very roapy. Lacked flavour. Burnt in oil burner with oil and water and milk, better flavour then. Purple thyme also so planted to closely to heritage products.
