The media could not be loaded. Fantastic! I know this is meant for dogs, but my cat found the cat ones too easy. This has just kept him occupied for 25 minutes. I started off by letting him slowly learn how each level works, having a day to two on each level. Each level is locked by the one above it, so you have to start at the top, and as you open one level, it releases the next. The slots at the top take some pressure to open, so I don't think this would work for small dogs or the average cat, but because Magnus is a Main coon, he has the power behind his paws to open them. I am really happy with this purchase. It is sturdy, well made and doesn't slip around whilst he is figuring it out.

My dog has managed to pull the individual covers off to get at the treats! But he does love it and keeps him amused until he gets all the treats out.I have been able to put the covers back on.

My toy poodle loves it! She will often choose this particular puzzle to play with.She does find it a little difficult to turn the disc in the middle, so bear that in mind for smaller dogs, but it can be removed easily by popping it out underneath.It’s well made and easy to set up. I have a few puzzles from this brand and I’m pleased with all of them.

The media could not be loaded. The model we received does not have the slider lock features claimed and pictured on the advert. Amazon appear to be selling an older model. The box that we received also did not correspond to the item! (The holes in the orange sliders do not appear on the picture on the box). We tried engaging with Amazon about this but the chatbot was useless.Plus side, the toy does the job and is very robust against the ministrations of a dim 15kg dog (see video). Entertained the pooch on a very wet indoor afternoon. The brand also sells replacement slide pieces for when your dog invariably brakes the sliders (we've experienced this with another toy in the series).Downside, the toy is impossible to clean thoroughly once dog has slobbered in all the nooks and crannies.

I would not buy this item again as for it’s for smart dogs and you would afford that it would be strong enough for a dog but received the item today filled it up and my dog just pulled off one part and got into the rest of it so easily Would recommend looking elsewhere

Interesting puzzle, border collie loves it. Keeps him occupied and easy to clean.

This is literally my 6th order ,my big dog loves this toy you need small treats which are hard to get for dogs ,I used some cat ones or tire up some dog ones , you put anything in that would not get stuck .The only problem is there is a plastic layer in the middle that separates the treats from either side and if your dog is smart or when the toy gets old he or she might be able to tear the plastic ,so I would watch for that and pull it out.Also without that it doesn't really work.But to be honest it's a very stimulating toy ,for dogs senses ,you have sniffing ,pawing ,learning how to flip the toy over it's a good intelligence toy.I definitely should be getting a free one at this stage and the price has gone up ,I was going to give it a 4 because if those reasons but am not mean.My dogs are happy that's the main thing.but be nicer a bit cheaper 👍

I gave this to my puppy who solved just about every puzzle going and record time. Several months down the line she still has no idea how to do the middle bit and I haven't been successful in teaching her how to do it but she has fun with the rest of it.The big problem with this is a huge so finding a place to store it is kind of problematic in my small place and it's difficult to clean as in it doesn't fit anywhere except maybe the bathtub if you want to spray it down with the shower head or in the garden if you want to spray it down again with the hose. Neither of these things are massive issues but it's just not as easy to clean up as some of the other toys we've bought
