Second time of ordering this Rescue Remedy. It does exactly what it says. Really helps to calm you if you find yourself feeling stressed or edgy. Easy to use dropper straight under the tongue, or add to juice to sip. It has hardly any taste. Only a small bottle but really does last for ages. Would highly recommend.

I've been using this for years on and off, it's fantastic stuff. I have eye injections and laser treatment which freaks me out and I get incredibly nervous when I go to each appointment. Rescue remedy definitely one hundred percent takes the edge off that feeling and I feel calmer when I have the procedures. I normally take it in the car on the way yo the appointment, so about half an hour before the appointment. I haved used it a few times if I have had big meetings where I've had to present etc and I definitely can feel the benefit.

I ordered these for my son who had a really crucial exam a week off. He started taking them as soon as they arrived and although he can't swear that they worked, he did say that he wasn't anywhere near as stressed as he would normally be and he has done many exams up to PhD level. He said he actually felt really chilled and ok when he finished it. I can only think that they helped because he is never that relaxed. For the price they are definitely worth trying.

This was a repurchase as my pharmacy ran out. It is magic in a bottle. It makes you calmer but in a very natural not 'fake' way. Just makes you feel normal. I have one in my bag at all times. I'm so glad I found it.

it helps you to relax, when you are hyped up. like , before an airplane ride, before a big test, before your drives licence exam, some trama or tragedy incent. my daughter used it her drivers licence test, took a few drop s more than prescribed and made her too relaxed. she had to retake test. I have seen it work on relaxing many people, young and old when over hyped. (panic attack)
