Is liviaone same as mary ruth probiotics

I am not familiar with Mary Ruth probiotics. I have been using livaone for many years for mouth skin and ears and I am very happy with its effects

This might be silly but when you mean 4 droppers do mean filling up the dropper 4 times for the right serving or 4 drops? You

I think the recommended dose is 4 droppers-full - that is, when you have the dropper in the bottle and squeeze, this amount is considered one dropper-full. But I think the amount taken is different for different people - you would take whatever works for you at different times. For me, two droppers-full is enough daily - sometimes I take even less, depending on how my intestines are doing.
