I drink one and I’m full for hours. ### ⭐ Grossly Disappointing *by K***L on November 24, 2025* I ordered this because of the high protein content, 32 grams per bottle. I've had other OWYN drinks prior. The 1st bottle I opened had a sludge-like gathering over and inside the bottle's mouth. As directed, I shook it vigorously for 30 seconds, with no change. I scooped the thickened stuff out and proceeded to drink from the bottle. There was a bit of an odd, maybe sour, taste, so I could only tolerate half the bottle. After 30 minutes, my stomach began to feel queasy, and as another 15-20 minutes passed, I had a completely upset stomach. I waited 4 days before attempting to have another bottle. Again, when I opened it, there was thick sludge in the bottle neck. Shaking still didn't help break it up. There is also a sour smell to the rest of the contents.
