Review: Five Stars - Both work great. Bit of a pain having to boil the warmer after each use. Review: The chiller is standard and I have several of those. Have been looking for a warmer for years and thought this might be the ticket!! Wrong. The package arrived in a condition that made me believe perhaps it had been used and returned. The warmer was rock solid white crystals and not possible to put on a bottle. I read the instructions and boiled it and turned back to a gel. I tried it out a week later and it did nothing. I am a little disappointed and waiting to hear back from the seller as my return window to desertcart has closed.
