Udi's Gluten Free Classic French Dinner Roll, Frozen, 7.41 oz.

I love Udi's Millet Chia Bread, which is what drove me to take a chance on their frozen dinner rolls. The package of 6 worked out great for a dinner with 4 people. They were tasty and pulled apart nicely. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I have to believe the people who complain about them don't cook them properly. I put them in my Breville toaster oven at 400 degrees for 7 minutes when they were thawed, but cold from the refrigerator. They came out great. Our guests enjoyed them, too. Quintessential French bread equivalent and GF. Nice!!

Like the texture and quality

I was surprised by how the rolls felt hard as a rock, when I received my order. I placed them in the oven as instructed, gave them 10 min. I took them out confused because they were still so hard. So I cut them in half and decided to spread some butter & toast them a min or two. 🤷‍♀️I was not expecting them to be so hard. Would I buy again? Maybe not. They dont taste bad, just really wanted a soft roll. Not a rock 😔

I grew up in Europe & know what french bread tastes like. This is NOT it. Bland, dry, no flavor, nasty after taste, yuck. So bad even my dog wouldn't eat them & she eats whatever we eat. I bought 2 bags. threw 1 1/2 bags away they were so BAD. What a waste of money.

The best gluten free rolls! Be carefull not to ehat them too much or too early, they can get dry like other gluten free products but when you heat them slightly just before eating them (or leave them out to defreeze naturally) they are amazing.

These gluten-free rolls have an excellent flavor! I would recommend letting them sit out of the freezer for about 10 minutes before putting in the oven. They are sooooo good with avocado and chicken on them.

Great taste Great flavor

These "rolls" are awful! Heating them up you smell nothing..no "bread in the over smells." Take them out of the oven, they're warm for a few minutes then...puff! Open them up and they are deceivingly normal looking until you taste them. The consistency of the dough is unusual and not at all tasty and a little on the gritty side. From a family that loves their bread with meals, believe me this is NOT bread. Not buying these tasteless lumps of dough again, or anything else from this company!
