Their products seem to be consistent. I have these speakers paired up to a 4 channel JBL marine amp and they are LOUD. I can easily listen while I am cruising at top speed on my boat. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not as good as JBL MS6200- poor mid and low range *by C***S on February 11, 2019* I bought these to replace a set of JBL MS6200 that I purchased 8 years ago. The previous JBL's had served me well and lasted a long time (especially in a marine environment) so I was happy to return to JBL. The front speakers still sounded great, but the rear speakers were blown, so I decided to buy a set of 4 of these, MS6510. After installing the rear speakers in my boat I tested the sound and was puzzled buy the pitch of the sound. Regardless, I proceeded to install the front speakers. After testing and comparing the new speakers to my old ones, I was surprised to note the sound difference. The new speakers lacked any mid or low range sound. They were SIGNIFICANTLY worse than my 8 year old JBL's! I tried to convince myself to keep the rear speakers, but in the end, I could not justify having such poor sound quality. I am now looking at the JL, Clarion, and Fusion models. I will spend a little more and just buy 2 speakers. Since those old salty MS6200's are still thumping and give me a beautiful, round sound.
