Do these sports leggings slide down while running?

From my experience if the sport leggins (any brands) slide down while running or exercising they are simply one or two sizes to large for you (even if they looks just fine) and a solution would be to choose a smaller size.

What sizes do X and XL relate to, 14/16/18?etc

I purchased size medium which fit me perfectly and I am typically a size 10, so based on that I would say L would be 12, X would be 14 and XL 16

Are their pockets big enough to hold a tennis ball?

Yes I can get 3 balls in each side - just!
