im using this product for weight loss. it does curb sugar cravings. im wondering if i can take another pill later in the day tho. 200 mcg doesnt seem like much.

This product is sublingual (under the tongue). It's a mildly sweet taste. For me, it is totally worth getting rid of my sugar craving. A noticeable change in my sugar craving the NEXT DAY. I'm now on week two and I'm craving sweets less and less. My blood test always show my blood sugar is normal. I later found that my sugar is low and that was also causing the craving. I don't know why my blood test sugar is continuing show normal. But this Chromium supplement has helped me GREATLY!!!
