Measuring 2440mm x 1220mm (8x4ft) and 12mm thick, it offers exceptional load-bearing capabilities, making it ideal for creating concrete molds and other demanding applications. With its WBP grading, this plywood ensures durability and ease of use, providing a reliable solution for construction professionals. ## Description Builders Marketplace Shuttering Plywood is an extremely high strength board manufactured by gluing layers of Softwood Plywood together in as many layers that is needed to give the product this incredible strength and load-bearing ability. The main purpose of Shuttering Plywood is specifically to make a mould for pouring concrete and providing a solid wall while the concrete sets. This is due to its WBP Grading, giving it good weather resistant capabilities and the fact that the Plywood does not stick to the concrete. Other uses of this Plywood are any constructions that require extreme strength, but not necessarily an aesthetically pleasing finish. This is caused by the knots that can occur in the manufacturing process, but this is purely an aesthetic issue and does not effect the ability of the product. Our Shuttering Plywood is available in thicknesses of 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 24mm and comes in a variety of sizes.Standard Sheet Sizes: 2440mm x 1220mm (8ft x 4ft) 1220mm x 1220mm (4ft x 4ft) 1220mm x 610mm (4ft x 2ft) 610mm x 610mm (2ft x 2ft) 610mm x 300mm (2ft x 1ft) ## Features - Shuttering Plywood is an extremely high strength board manufactured by gluing layers of Softwood Plywood together in as many layers that is needed to give the product this incredible strength and load-bearing ability. - The main purpose of Shuttering Plywood is specifically to make a mould for pouring concrete and providing a solid wall while the concrete sets. - This is due to its WBP Grading, giving it good weather resistant capabilities and the fact that the Plywood does not stick to the concrete. - Other uses of Shuttering Plywood are any constructions that require extreme strength, but not necessarily an aesthetically pleasing finish. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Manufacturer | Builders Marketplace Ltd | | Product Dimensions | 244 x 122 x 1.2 cm; 20 kg | | Size | 2440mm x 1220mm (8x4ft) | | Colour | Thickness: 12mm | | Material | Plywood | | Shape | Rectangular | | Batteries included? | No | | Batteries Required? | No | | Item Weight | 20 kg | ## Product Details - **Material:** Plywood - **Brand:** Rockwool - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 2.44 x 1.22 x 0.01 metres - **Colour:** Thickness: 12mm - **Shape:** Rectangular ## Images ![Builders Marketplace Shuttering Plywood | High Strength Board Weather Resistant | 2440mm x 1220mm (8x4ft), Thickness: 12mm - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51SZcPXjR8L.jpg) ![Builders Marketplace Shuttering Plywood | High Strength Board Weather Resistant | 2440mm x 1220mm (8x4ft), Thickness: 12mm - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71SSs9nHwtL.jpg) ![Builders Marketplace Shuttering Plywood | High Strength Board Weather Resistant | 2440mm x 1220mm (8x4ft), Thickness: 12mm - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81JWaVAPwsL.jpg) ![Builders Marketplace Shuttering Plywood | High Strength Board Weather Resistant | 2440mm x 1220mm (8x4ft), Thickness: 12mm - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/718oDwLEwLL.jpg) ![Builders Marketplace Shuttering Plywood | High Strength Board Weather Resistant | 2440mm x 1220mm (8x4ft), Thickness: 12mm - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/816LpH9GTYL.jpg) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/227090589-builders-marketplace-shuttering-plywood-high-strength-board-weather-resistant-2440mm](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/227090589-builders-marketplace-shuttering-plywood-high-strength-board-weather-resistant-2440mm) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
