I bought this because I felt like I had a weird aftertaste between my teeth even after flossing and brushing. I don’t like the burn of alcohol, so I also chose this for being alcohol free. Using this twice a day has improved that weird taste I was getting, and I noticed it pretty much eliminated the bad taste altogether after the first use. The dentist recommended i use the mouthwash to help guard my teeth enamel. The listening i used before came in one mint strength and it was tough for me to do the swish-swish-swish for the 30 seconds let alone one minute. Truth be told, I hated it and would stop using it. I saw listening has at least 3 levels of mint strength. I am trying this mild version. I must say it is a lot easier to do the swishing for a full 30 seconds. I am working up to one minute and I am confident I will get there soon. I am also confident I will be able to keep using it regularly because it is much milder.

I love this mouthwash and it's the only one we purchase...no sting from the alcohol which makes for longer swishing time and that equals better hygiene / less cavities. However, pay attention to the amount you're getting...I didn't realize these were the smaller bottles (my bad) and you can get 1L for a dollar more elsewhere like Target, CVS & Walmart. I'm pissed at my stupidity. Do the math and then purchase elsewhere.
