Absolutely perfect. Great for women care.

I see the inner seeds to make tea. It is perfectly nutritious and very effective. The darker the juice the more potent the seed.Definitely suggest soaking the ‘peppers’ in warm water before trying to peel them.

Not happy

Took a whole month to arrive by which time I no longer needed it. It had a strange smell, kind of stale and not how grains of selim usually smells. For that reason I did not feel comfortable using it in my drink recipe. Wish I could get a refund or a fresh replacement.
