1st time sealer user, and happy with results.
This sealer worked great for us. It is definitely waterproof and hopefully will make snow/ice removal easier. The coverage was as expected, and I purchased the low gloss so the slight shine looks great. It really makes the paver block colors stand out better. It says on the bottle that it is not made to prevent ants from coming through the cracks, but it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't had any more problems with them. This stuff has an extreme chemical, so make sure you use a good quality respirator. So glad I went with this product.

Gave My Pool Area a Rich Wet Look and Brought Out the Color
Transformed My Pool Area with a Deep Wet Look Finish I used the Armor AR350 Low Gloss Wet Look Concrete Sealer on the slate rock around my pool and it completely changed the look for the better. I originally wanted black rock, but it was almost three times the price of the gray slate. After applying this sealer, the rock now has a wet, dark sheen that makes it look black, which is exactly what I wanted. It spreads easily using a handheld sprayer and gives a smooth, even finish with a nice low gloss that makes everything look clean and modern. The coverage was great and it really brought the color of the stone to life. The only drawback is the strong VOC odor. Even outdoors, it is pretty intense for about an hour after spraying. I definitely would not recommend using it indoors without proper ventilation and a respirator mask. Other than that, this product is fantastic. I am very happy with how it turned out and plan to use it on my marble pavers around the pool next. I will see how well it holds up over the next year, but for now I could not be happier with the look and finish. Highly recommend.

Perfect to enhance stamped concrete.
I used a 3/8โ nap roller on new stamped concrete. Easy to apply however the deeper stamped lines do need to be touched up for coverage. 1/2โ nap roller would have worked better. It creates a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the stamped walkway. Very happy with the appearance after only one coat. Expect the walkway to look even better after my second coat. Time will tell about its staining resistance.

Great stuff still after 5 years. Got creative this time.
Great product that easy to apply and lasts for years. Did my garage floor in it with a medium gray tint pack. Took 5 gallons for 000 sq ft garage. Did a lot of prep work 5 years ago. Removed oil stains and did etch clean. It was a little too hot so did get some bubbles. Five years later Iโm redoing the gray and removed a rubber mat that bonded to the sealer and had to use air scraper to get it off. After hours of sanding I decided to leave some of the original gray for a mottled look. Then put the clear 350 over it. Looks great. Did recoat the sides. I found that it will last for many years using a mop on wax finish. Learned not to put rubber mats on it however.

Patio paver refresh
Excellent product and results. Definitely recommend using roller vs. sprayer to apply. Easier, faster and better disbursement of product. Will use it again when needed.

After two coats finish looks fantastic
Great installation instructions. Product went on exactly as directions said if you followed them. You must follow these instructions if you desire peek product performance. Surface was properly prepped. Used a 6" roller and it went on well. In 24 hours it was dry and coat 2 went on. The shine looks great. Early results show water beading up. Too early to say how long it will last. Will update review later as time passes. Coverage amount was consistent with what instructions said in terms of how much to use. First coat my concrete was dry and soaked up coat one. You need two applications to get the needed protection. So far much happier than using a water based product which I had done years ago. Crossing my fingers it holds up longer term than water based product.

Stamped concrete looks amazing
I used this on a stamped concrete walkway/doorstep that is 8 years old. Last time I sealed it was about 4 years ago. This product was exceptionally easy to work with and walkway looks like new. I applied it with the FomPro Solvent Proof 1/2 inch paint roller and it easily got down into the stamped joints. You may be able to save the roller if you wrap it up well but I bought 2 and threw them away after each coat. You will also probably want a throw-away paint brush to get the corners of steps and up against the house. For the second coat I applied about 10 square feet of the sealer at a time, used the company-recommended Scott's hand held spreader to sprinkle on Foundation Armor fine non-slip, and then back rolled. The color is now popping and it has a wet look without being overly glossy. I followed all the directions and applied in the last 90 minutes of daylight in temperatures around 70 degrees. I wouldn't try to do this in the heat of the summer. As far as the comments about the odor, this is a solvent based product and is about like every other solvent-based product I have worked with. I would compare the fumes to a can of spray paint. Pretty nasty and I personally wouldn't ever use something like this indoors. If there is a breeze keep the product downwind from you.

Product doesn't dry/cure right
I used this product on a 7 year old stamped concrete patio. I presurewashed the patio twice and let it dry completely for two days. The outside temp was in the high sixties to the low seventies. The first coat went on without a problem and looked great until the next day after it dried. These were numeroue white "blotches" on the surface. I contacted the seller and they stated that the overnight dew caused a problem with the curing process and recommended that I recoat the patio with Xylene. They credited my account for $20 to offset the cost of the Xylene and a roller pad. I thought this was very nice of them. So, I proceeded to apply the Xylene. It looked good for about a week. The the white blotches came back and they are still there. My opinion is that the product is not right chemically and doesn't cure/dry properly. I did a lot of work for a look that is just not right.
