This is a great buy for the price it is being offered.6mm mats are not usually available at this price point. The thickness allows you stay on your knees or elbows for longer thus improving your yoga practice.It comes tightly packed in plastic so when you first open it, there is the strong smell of rubber that you will be exposed to. However it does not linger for long. If you just leave out for a while it become tolerable for use.It provides good friction on the floor. However I found one side better than the other. It did not budge in the 45 min sessions that I do. When you first receive it, it will have a slight fold on the corners and this will stay for a while. But it will not give any issues while practising and the bend straightens out with time.It came with a belt which can be tied to keep it in place once you roll it. I would’ve preferred an elastic one instead of the one they provide.Please remember the mat is just a tool to ease your yoga practice. As long as it stays in place and provide good cushioning you are good to go. This mat meets this basic criteria and does not burn a hole in your pocket.

Using it for a month now. It's a good product. No damage. Came with good packaging.The mat is thick and soft. Very comfortable for knees when doing yoga. Came with carrying strap.
