Levoit Air Purifiers for Home Bedroom Dorm Room

It’s only been a few days since I received this air purifier and started using it, but I’m already very impressed. My family and I have been on and off sick, and the air quality in our apartment isn’t great. The moment I turned it on, I started feeling better, which honestly surprised me. I’m not saying it cured anything, but the improvement was noticeable. Within about 15 minutes, pet odors were gone and the stale air completely cleared out. You can hear it on both low and high settings, but the noise hasn’t bothered anyone in our home. It also has a sleep mode that turns the light off and runs very quietly, which is perfect at night. So far, so great. This air purifier has been one of my best purchases in a long time, and I’m really happy with it.

This is a great little air purifier. I received it a little over a month ago and it has been running 24/7 since. I must admit I was a bit skeptical but this is doing the job. Although I believe I keep a clean living space in my little over 1,000 sf, 2 br apartment, I always seem to find dust settling on surfaces. I have noticed a significant reduction of dust, it has helped with congestion over night, less sneezing, less sniffles, less eye irritation - I have allergies too. It is almost silent on the sleep mode, I mean you would have to put your ear up to it to hear it. At first I was moving it between my living room and my bedroom but past two weeks or so I have it in a central spot in my living room between two bedrooms. Also, to conserve on the filters, I’ve removed them twice and vacuumed them which is effortless. The first time was a little less than a week and pretty much clean, I was just curious. But after 3+weeks they were pretty much filled with dust. Turned it back on and back to collecting dust and keeping me and my space happy. To make a long story short, I totally recommend this powerful little air purifier. I am happy with this purchase!!!! Oh, I tried to add photos but not very successful. If I can figure it out I will add them. It would not give me an option to download from my phone.

This works great for odors. In fact, one day my roommate's part of the house smelled like used cat litter so I fired up all three of my wax scent burners as I normally do when that happens. Sometime later I noticed that I couldn't smell anything from my wax burners and couldn't understand it until I realized it had to be the air purifiers because when I use all three of the burners they really smell strong so I'm sure it was the purifiers. I first purchased a Winix air purifier and the company suggested I get one that covers more area. It covered 360 sq ft and my room is 380 so instead I ordered this additional purifier which is much smaller in size but covers 332 sq ft. I do believe that both of them work well. I suggest that you definitely want to get an air purifier that covers more space than the room you are going to use it in or two smaller ones. The only thing it doesn't do (nor does the Winix) is get rid of dog hair. In fact, with both of them I've found that they move the dog hair around the room so that it ends up settling on tables and other things which I really do not like at all but the air is nice and fresh. It keeps the cooking smells from my roommate out of my room too which is a plus. The worst thing about this one is that it is loud. I can't imagine having it on my desk or near my bed. I put it in the kitchen area of my studio apartment room which is a ways away from my bed with a wall in between and it is so loud on high that I have to turn it down to low at night. It only has high, low and sleep with no middle option. From everything I've read, I don't believe these work that well if they aren't on high. My Winix air purifier is quiet. It is next to my bed on high and has a nice white noise effect. Anyway, I'm glad I got this one and I do believe it is a quality product.

Great Hepa. Low Noise. I boughy several hepa filters to test out with the intention of placing them all over the office due to covid. I like this one best because *dual hepa carbon filters with affordable replacements *Very low noise even on high. Basically silent on sleep. *The air vents pretty much straight up. *Simple quality design with well made filters and a good seal. The only con is that it does move a ton of air, but thats part of the low noise. My plan is to put 4-6 around the office to achieve the desired air filtration and not be annoyed by the noise. At this price point you can for about the same money as a larger unit. With one on the counter between the customer and I... we each have a filter pulling some of our exhaust through with fresh filtered air going up rather than blowing towards anyone. THIS WON'T STOP YOU FROM GETTING RONA... but it has to be better than nothing and makes me feel better. Hepa has been proven to filter the vector carrying the vid, but opt for uvc if you want better protection. Research ozone dangers with uvc tho. I feel better knowing the air in the office gets scrubbed every couple minutes. It reduces dust and the air smells fresh. I took this on the road and ran it 24/7 in the hotel. Slept great. I recommend this filter to anyone looking looking to filter the air of dust, smoke, odor and bio aresol possibly carrying covid. Larger more serious filters will do a better job, but at this price point I would rather buy more and have them all over rather than on one side of the room. A single unit would really help in a small to medium room during wild fire season. The carbon filter helps with cannabis smoke/odor and other smells.

Got this for the dorm next year and 10/10 would recommend this brand is top tier and I feel like it really gets the dust so it’s worth the price to sleep well! It’s pretty big but it’ll fit on a shelf.

I bought two. One for living room and a bedroom. Very low sound. Easy to use. The air in my home smells fresh. I have an older dog and I don’t smell dog as much. 😊 I am seeing less dust on the floors and furniture. Even though it’s small it works great.

Got this air purifier for my kids' bedroom. Had it running for over a week now and we can notice a significant difference in the air quality. The kids sleep much better and they don't cough like they used to. Also decided to check both the filters to see if it picked up any dust. There was a layer of dust on both of them, which I just blew off of it. So they definitely do the job. The sleep mode is great. Can barely hear it and love that the light turns off after 5 seconds. Wish we could turn the light off on low and high mode as well, but it's not really a big deal. Would definitely recommend this air purifier if you need it for a bedroom. If you need a purifier for a living room or bigger areas, I'd recommend getting a bigger one.

I never believed much in air purifiers but this week i had a horrible season allergy and out of desperation and googling ways to help with it, came out this little wonders. I understand many people started using them during COVID and some buyi it because they are everywhere , and probably they can't sense a difference,but an allergic person as mysel to pollen and dust, i was able to sense a cleaner air from the first time. All was well packed,arrived in 4 days . Sleep mode turns out the light automatically. Sounds really low and doesn't bother me. I think is great value for the price.i used it the whole day in the living room and before bed i put it in the bedroom. So far all is good. I recommend to my allergic fam.

Un excelente producto, en verdad no dudes en comprarlo. En primer lugar me pareció un buen precio, compré la versión que solo incluye los 2 filtros de base de triple capa. Ya en 6 meses mas compraré los repuestos. El Purificador es de tamaño ideal, ligero, con materiales de calidad, resistentes, de textutra y color agradables. Diseño sencillo de usar, simplemente lo volteas, sacas los filtros para quitarles la envoltura plástica, los vuelves a colocar, cierras, conectas, enciendes con un ligero toque y listo. MUY SILENCIOSO, no sé porque otros compradores se han quejado, yo lo puse en la velocidad alta y casi no se escucha, mucho menos en velocidad baja o en sleep; realmente funciona sin ruido. Inicialmente lo puse por 3 ó 4 intervalos de 25 minutos para no cansar tanto el motor de un solo golpe y si, poco a poco fui sintiendo el cambio en el aire. Al principio producía un olor típico de plástico nuevo, pero horas después ya se fue disipando. Ya por la noche lo dejé en la velovidad baja por tiempos de 1 o 2 horas y si duerme uno mas cómodo, el aire se siente ligero, limpio, despierta uno con una sensación de descanso y una respiración mas completa y relajada. Lo único que lamento es no haberlo comprado desde hace 30 ó 40 años, porque cada día la ciudad donde vivo está mas y mas contaminada y ahora me doy cuenta de lo importante que es tener un Purificador de Aire.
