Nice Little Compressor!
My compressor finally arrived! It didn't take long, maybe a week. The box was a little messed up (ripped, and dirty), like if it was tossed & dragged around a bit. Upon opening the card board box, I immediately noticed damage to the top, where the piston is. Two of the metal heat exchange fins were cracked, and fell off upon touching them! Even the plastic housing above those fins were cut, almost as if something heavy had fallen on it! The first thing that I said apon seeing that was, "S**T!!, they sent me a damaged compressor!". I thought maybe it was damaged in transit, since the box was kind of messed up, but it was not messed up where the piston part was. So I think it came from the factory that way! I still went ahead and assemble the unit. Was very simple, just needed the tires and handle put on, and later the hose (not supplied). I added the oil as instructed, and then turned it on. It SPRANG to life! It pumped to about 120 lbs (in under 10 minutes) with no problems. It also held the air pressure over night (not recommended to prevent rust build up). I realize this is a so-called refurbished compressor, but mine appears to be more of a slightly damaged one, rather than used, because it almost appears new, except for the damage I mentioned (and a few scratches here and there). I can live with that, so long as everything else performs correctly. Buying the air hose & tire valve "feeder", will set you back about $15 to $20. Not bad for a compressor that (without the forementioned damage) could have sold for up to $180, maybe even $200!Quite a bit more than $109, what I paid! :)PS. I've already had it for about 4 months now, and I have used it several times, to my satisfaction! :D

Worked Less than 30 Days
I purchased this on 8/31. Cosmetically it was fine, the air filter housing was bent up but everything else looked okay. I followed the instructions included with it, even though I wasn't certain a refurbished air compressor needed a break-in. I used it to air up two bike tires, 1 car tire and a few days later to blow some dust away near my garage door.I planned to later use it for some house projects, like putting up molding, but it didn't make it. This week as I attempted to add some air to my wife's tire and then my son's basketball it would not build up air pressure. I'm not certain what happened but it didn't last 30 days.Update - 2/1VMInnovations replaced the item promptly after I shipped it back. When the replacement arrived, I attempted to break it in following the simple instructions, but this time the compressor wouldn't run continously for 15 mins. I was a little worried, but let it go. After using it twice I ran into an issue; once I cut it on it would trip my breaker within 5 seconds. I have tested it at multiple outlets that run my table saw, shop vac, and other power tools. During the tests NO OTHER ITEMS WERE PLUGGED INTO OUTLETS ON THIS BREAKER. Even this did not stop it from tripping the breaker. My previous air compressor lasted for almost 22 years, but my experience with this one has been pretty bad.

Great compressor!
Decided to give it a go to save a few dollars rather than purchasing the identical unit at The Home Depot which I had returned. Product was definitely refurbished and was leaking a bit of oil and the "Construction" label was coated upon delivery, but no real issue since I was more interested in the compressor's operating condition. I filled the enclosed oil, plugged it in and it started right away running it for about 10 minutes. Even though it was refurbished, I treated it like a new unit with a break-in period and drained the oil and filled it with a high quality synthetic oil. Using it for a snow making compressor it ran continuously for 6 hours for three nights without a problem and I have used it for several hours otherwise. It has not been operated for about two weeks and the pressure it was stopped at is still holding. No issues thus far.

So far I love it! I did some practice runs with it ...
Unit arrived early and it came out the box without a scratch. Looks brand new for a refurbished compressor. So far I love it! I did some practice runs with it using my nail guns and it worked perfect. I had to adjust the amount of psi on the compressor as it was set to over a 100 and was able to get it down to 85 psi with no issues. I will update once I really put it to use this summer when I start larger projects and will put some hard hours on it.

Just Got it, But Works Like A Champ
Just assembled it yesterday, and it was very easy to assemble, you can't beat the price, and with a prime membership the shipping was free for me. I followed the instructions and all went well, and then I tried it out using a 3/8 impact wrench, on my truck lug nuts, about 7/8 in socket, and it worked great....I will post later on how long it lasts being I just received it, I donot know how long it will last but seems of fair quality

Thanks for letting me waste my money...
came refurbished, so I expected it to not be completely perfect. I didn't expect it to come completely covered in oil from a leak in the oil container that came with it. after assembling this machine it seemed to work fine, although a couple days after using it the first time there was no oil left in engine. I'm not sure what the problem is exactly, but I was sold an air compressor that doesn't hold oil for very long.

money well spent and if it gets stolen so what!!Buy another without breaking bank!
works great was like new not refurb.Do not use oil supplied use a quality oil!! and change regularly,my last one survived daily use for 6 yrs.same design as this one. pumps up fast runs a 1/4" ratchet, and also runs a 1/2" drive impact for 30 seconds to a minute under hard use, secret to get by with smaller compressor, use 1/2" to remove small bolts and sometimes I can remove 24 12mm bolts without triggering compressor to start with full air tank.great buy for money!!
