Lasted me about 4 months! I use it during my work week for mid-shift meal/snack!

I was worried that this would be gross, but it’s actually pretty neutral if added to smoothies or instant oatmeal. I had to add a little liquid stevia to my oatmeal to make it taste better, but the added nutrients are definitely worth it. The bag contains plenty of servings, so the price is reasonable. I’m having trouble trying to reseal the bag, so I’m simply folding it and using a binder clip instead. It’s easy to spoon out a spoonful from the bag and I can use less than a full serving if I want. It’s actually quite good in smoothies and it adds an interesting texture. It’s a good idea to rinse your mouth out after eating or drinking this in case tiny seeds or fragments get caught in your teeth. Maybe don’t smile too much until you do. LOL

In my own opinion, I believe it kind of tastes like peanut butter when I mix it in my smoothie I also feel a lot better after mixing better bodies, food, organic superfoods powder and with my strawberry banana smoothie

There is no flavor to this which makes it easy to add to just about anything.

This is great. I like it in my smoothies so I don't have any issues with clumping. It has great ingredients which is a plus. It definitely has a vitamin taste to it but isn't horrible. You just have to get used to it. I want to try to bake it into muffins. Make it more versatile.

This is the only protein powder my husband consistently uses. He's picky and this is the only one that checks off all the boxes for him as a clean protein powder. My only gripe is that we use this so often, I wish it came in a larger quantity or better packaging because the powder gets everywhere when we move it to our own container. We also purchase it frequently and feel bad tossing the little plastic tablespoon so we have a mini collection of those too.
